Community guidelines
Meetle only works if it stays a place where a stranger is worth meeting. These rules apply everywhere in the app — profiles, plans, chats, calls, memories, and dating mode.
Be a real person
Use your own photos and your real first name. Your age must be accurate, and you must be 18 or over.
Do not impersonate anyone, invent a job or a life to impress people, or run an account on someone else's behalf.
Be someone people are glad they met
Turn up when you say you will, or cancel early enough for someone to make other plans. Your trust score reflects this, and other members can see it.
Take no for an answer the first time — about meeting, about a second meetup, about anything.
Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, and abuse are not tolerated, and neither is hate or discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability, or where someone is from.
Keep it safe in person
Plans must take place in public venues. Do not host a plan at your home or invite someone to theirs through Meetle.
Do not pressure anyone to move to a private place, to drink, or to stay longer than they want to.
Do not arrange anything illegal, and do not use Meetle to buy or sell drugs, weapons, or anything else prohibited.
Keep it clean
No sexually explicit photos, videos, or messages — anywhere, including view-once media and dating chats. View-once does not make it acceptable, and it does not make it unrecoverable to moderators.
Absolutely no content involving anyone under 18. We report this to the authorities without exception.
Sharing intimate images of someone without their consent is banned, is a crime, and is the fastest way to be permanently removed and reported.
No graphic violence, no gore, and nothing designed to shock.
No money, no selling
Never send money to someone you met here. Anyone who asks — for a medical emergency, a stuck payment, an investment tip, a courier fee — is running a scam. Report them.
Do not use Meetle to promote a business, recruit, sell anything, or drive people to another platform.
Paid companionship, escort services, and sex work are not permitted on Meetle in any mode.
Respect other people's privacy
Do not share anyone's phone number, address, workplace, or other private details, and do not republish conversations. Screenshots are blocked in the app for this reason.
Photos in the memories feed need everyone on that plan to agree before they publish, and anyone in them can take them down later. Do not try to work around that.
Dating mode
All of the above applies, and it applies more strictly.
Be honest about what you are looking for — the app asks you directly, so there is no need to be coy or to mislead.
Consent is required at every step, online and in person, and it can be withdrawn at any point without explanation.
Unsolicited sexual messages or images are grounds for immediate removal.
What happens when someone breaks these rules
Depending on what happened and whether it has happened before, we may remove the content, warn the member, limit what their account can do, or remove them permanently.
Some things skip every step and end the account immediately: content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats of violence, and fraud.
We report criminal conduct to law enforcement.
Reporting something
Every profile, chat, and plan has a report option within two taps, and you can block anyone instantly. Blocking is silent — the other person is not told.
If it is urgent, or involves intimate imagery, write to grievance@meetle.app as well. We acknowledge within 24 hours, and we aim to remove non-consensual intimate imagery within 2 hours of a valid report.
If you are in immediate danger, call 112 first. Use the SOS button in the app to alert your trusted contacts.
